Step 1 Open “Setting” on the device, scroll down and open the “Display & Brightness” menu.

Step 2 Select the “Auto-Lock” option.

Step 3 Tap the “Never” button to keep the screen always on display.

As mentioned above, this is the tutorial to keep the device always on display. When you see a blue checkmark to the right of Never, you have successfully kept your iPhone always on display. What you need to do is get back to iToolab AnyGo and continue the next step.

Troubleshooting Guide: WiFi Connection Issues on iOS 26.4+

Following the recent iOS 26.4 update, some users have reported connectivity issues between their iPhone and desktop applications on the local WiFi network. This issue is commonly caused by the updated “Private WLAN Address” security feature, which can interfere with device discovery and local network handshakes required for peer-to-peer app communication.

To resolve the connection problem, please follow these steps to disable the Private Address for your specific Wi-Fi network.

Step 1 Open WLAN Settings

Go to Settings on your iPhone and tap on WLAN(or Wi-Fi)

Step 2 Access Network Details

Find the WiFi network you are currently connected to (marked with a blue checkmark) and tap the “i” (info) icon next to it.

Step 3 Modify Private WLAN Address

Locate the Private WLAN Address section. You will notice it might be set to “Rotating” or “Fixed” by default in the new update. Tap on it.

Step 4 Switch to “Off”, then confirm “Allow Tracking”

Select Off from the list. A system pop-up will appear asking for confirmation to allow the device to be tracked by the local network. Tap Allow Tracking. This only applies to the current network and ensures your desktop app can uniquely identify and communicate with your iPhone.

Step 5 Verify Settings

Your network details should now show Private WLAN Address: Off. Your desktop application should now be able to discover your device via WiFi.

Note: Disabling this setting only affects the selected WiFi network (e.g., your home or office network). Your privacy remains protected on other public networks where the “Private Address” feature is still enabled.
